Same incompetence.
Lots of seriously pissed off Braintree passengers questioning the gormless drones at Witham to find out why we seem to be the only sods to have their trains bolloxed so regularly.
They have no answers to perfectly rational questions. They just stand there shrugging like they couldn't give a flying f*ck who they f*ck up when they cancel trains just as long as it's not the mouthy whiners from Colchester.
